I run an online community, Linage Liberators, for women who want to develop spiritually. Women who want to learn how to apply spiritual principles to have a good life, live out their dreams and find their way in life. 

I have been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2003. This is the form of yoga that has transformed my life. 

30 years ago I was a "hunted" woman who was completely limitless and very vulnerable to the influence of negative people. I was restless and scared. Outwardly, I was arrogant and aggressive. Friends came and went. Jobs came and went. Girlfriends came and went. I felt like a victim, alone and vulnerable. 

Today I live out my dreams of living Kundalini Yoga and guiding women who seek to develop spiritually through meditation and spiritual perspectives. I am softer in mind, happier and everything is more stable; finances, work, friends and home. I feel rich, in every possible way.
